How to change your email address/username?

Important:Your registered email will always be your username.

How to update your email address/username via the Personify Health website

1. Log into the Personify Health member website, and hover over the More menu.
2. In the drop-down that appears, select My Profile.
   
3. Scroll to the Account Settings section. Your email will be displayed here. Click on Edit and enter the new email address. 
   

How to update your email address in the Personify Health app

1. Open the Personify Health app on your mobile phone.
2. Navigate to the More menu.
   
3. Once there, tap on the Settings button.
   
4. Scroll down to the Account Settings section and tap on your email address.
   
5. Enter your email address and tap on the Confirm button.
   

Note: If you are unable to change the email address after following the instructions above, please reach out to our Member Services Team in order to have your email address updated in the system.
