How to setup Multi Factor Authentication via website?

To set up Multi-Factor Authentication on the Personify Health website, you must have a verified cell phone number with a +1 area code (including numbers from the US and Canada) in our records to authenticate via SMS. If you prefer to authenticate via email, a code will be sent to your registered email address associated with your Personify Health account.

If you skip this step, you can still add your cell phone number by going to More > My Profile > Account Settings. After entering your number, you will receive a verification code via SMS. Enter this code to verify your phone number.

If you provide a valid phone number, you will then be prompted to verify your cell phone number.

Once you have a verified phone number, you can request a security code via SMS or email the next time you encounter an MFA pop-up window.
